The NFL Scouting Combine is a week-long Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis event. This year’s NFL Combine had 319 prospects for medical testing, interviews, measurements and on-field drills. Each prospect was looking forward to improving their draft stock and finding their ideal future NFL team. Among the big-name prospects included Will Levis from Kentucky, C.J. Stroud from Ohio State, Bryce Young from Alabama and Anthony Richardson from Florida.
In the 2023 Draft Class, Bijan Robinson is one of the promising prospects in his position. He did prove himself last Sunday(3/5/23) after displaying a strong performance. The 5’ 11’’, 215-pound speedster recorded 4.46 seconds in a 40-yard dash and 1.52 seconds in a 10-yard dash. He was exceptional in the vertical jump, broad jump and on-field drills. Without a doubt, numerous NFL teams will be looking forward to having him on their squad.
Will Levis will most likely land in the top 10 overall after his stellar performance. Standing 6’4’’ and weighing 229 pounds, Levis recorded an official 34-inch vertical leap and an impressive 10’4’’ broad jump. According to released statistics, Levis registered the third fastest throw behind Dorian Thompson-Robinson and Anthony Richardson.
Arguably, several factors can affect a player’s stock. However, the scouts and fans will consider the measurements and n-field results. It is safe to say that a few prospects have stood out and improved their stocks in the 2023 NFL Scouting Combine.
