Last Friday (7/14/23), the United States Government decided to provide cluster munitions to Ukraine with a budget of approximately $800.

The critical decision comes after a widespread, controversial bomb with civilian casualties. According to the Pentagon, there will be fewer explosions and deaths. On the record, cluster bombs have been banned in more than 100 countries because they pose a serious to civilians.

The Biden administration is doing its best to help Ukraine regain its sovereignty. However, everything is not coming up to plan because the nations involved aren’t agreeing on anything. President Biden affirmed that they made a ‘difficult decision’ because Ukraine was running out of ammunition.

After several months of President Joe Biden rejecting Kyiv’s F-16 fighter jet approach, it seems like he is amping up to make the best out of what he has. Russian President Vladimir Putin has accused the United States and its allies of trying to fight and expand the Ukraine war. As of now, we have to wait and see what will happen in the next 48 hours.
